Delete your account

An account is only created if you sign in with Google in the Dúisigh Android app. Deleting it removes, from our server: your account (Google account ID, name and email address), your synced learning progress, and all your sign-in sessions. Nothing is kept afterwards.

Usage counters for AI conversations are tied to your subscription rather than your account, and delete themselves within 40 days. Payments are handled by Google Play; to cancel a subscription, use Google Play's Subscriptions page. Deleting your account doesn't cancel it.

In the app

1. Open Dúisigh and go to the Me tab.
2. Under Your data, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and synced progress are removed straight away, and the app is cleared on that phone.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email info@duisigh.com from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
